• All orders are made in exactly the same fabric uploaded on our website or social media platforms
• We notify our client immediately we notice there will be a change in fabric of the outfit that was ordered.
• We run a comprehensive Quality check on all outfits before sending them out to our clients.
• For orders with specific measurements, we do a thorough check to make sure the outfit is in the requested measurements before sending to our client. 
• We do not offer amendment service in a case whereby client sends a wrong measurements.
• We stock our sample fabrics in bulk before uploading on our website or social media platform , and items are only sold out when the exact fabric is no longer available in store.
• Our fabric are of High quality and are sourced from the best suppliers.
• Fabrics are carefully selected to make sure it perfectly suit the style /design made.
• We only restock if we are able to find the exact fabric of an item.
